Common questions

How much does an expo stall design cost in Bengaluru?

Our design fee starts from ₹42,000 for a small stall and goes up with stall size. The price covers everything on the stall. Printing and installation are quoted separately. Use the kit builder on this page for your number.

How much notice do you need for a stall?

About 3 weeks for a small or medium stall and 6 weeks for a large one. Under 48 hours is possible but costs 50% more.

What if I exhibit again with the same stall?

A repeat show uses your existing design with new dates, and the price is much lower.

Can I see the stall before it is built?

Yes. Our 3D stall picture add-on shows your stall from different angles, ready in about two working days.

Do you write the text for my stall?

You send your product details and text and we lay them out. Writing is available as an add-on.

Is the price fixed before you start?

Yes. We agree the scope and the price in writing before any work begins. Prices on this site are starting estimates for the design fee, and we confirm the final number with you.

What about printing and installation?

We handle both as part of our own production, so you deal with one team. They are quoted separately from the design fee, and you approve the quote before anything is printed.

How and when do I pay?

A 50% advance to start, and the balance before anything goes to print. We share final files after sign-off.

How many changes can I ask for?

Two rounds of changes are included. An extra round is a small extra charge, which we tell you before we start it.
